whilst I am not retired (only 51), I follow your blogs and post with great interest. I enjoy your style of writing.
The site (retiredlife.tv) is great, but is it not an oxymoron? You work to make a website about being retired? lol?

Hi Cris,I must agree with the comments from Tony Ash about the blurred images in the new programs. I have just sent a message via the caravan channel website saying this. As a carravaner of more than thirty years I have enjoyed your programs and have been impressed at the people at the top of the industry and the clubs that you have been able to persuade to be involved in the programes. So sorry to hear of the van channels demise (no sign of action yet, anyway). It was a great idea and well executed – you did all caravanners/motorhomers a great service. I hope your next venture is equally successful (and that you manage to remain freelance!)

Hi Chris, I am sorry that you will not be on the caravan channel anymore. I am sorry to say this but i have just watched the new format & i do not like it at all!! It has this fading in & out & around the picture all the time & its rubbish. Just watch the Simon from Baileys interview. I will give it a try but if this format carries on I think i will not be watching it anymore. I dont want to sound grumpy but its not for me. Regards Tony Ash

It is sad to hear that you are leaving the Caravn Channel, but happy that you have other goals already challenging you.
We have watched the caravan channel for many years now. not quite from the beginning but nearly and have enjoyed every episode.
Until now, we have camped, but we are awaiting the delivery od a small caravan. A freedom 1st Class.
I am sure that the presenter that takes over from you will do a sterling job and we look forward to watching with interest.
